We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your fishing gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our fishing equipment with the same confidence we have in our premium rods and reels. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All tags and protective covers must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used fishing line or leaders
  • Opened packages of bait or lures
  • Personalized or custom-made fishing gear

Important: Squid and cuttlefish products must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship it back – Send to our Edinburgh address (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless due to our error)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email notification when complete.

Refund Timelines & Methods

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: May take 7-14 business days to appear in your account
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as we process your return, using your preferred shipping method
