Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All tags and protective covers must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used fishing line or leaders
- Opened packages of bait or lures
- Personalized or custom-made fishing gear
Note: Squid and cuttlefish products must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
