The flat profile at the base of the handle improves handling comfort and makes energetic animations with the rod tucked under your arm easier. Note the two casting models built for vertical styles. The 56HB is ideal for working over wrecks with jigs or large softbaits. The GWSJ models are specially designed for slow jigging.
